This March 09, 2021, consecration of the efforts of Alak Zenkar Rinpoche, Patrul Rinpoche, teachers and students of the Zangdok Palri Institute by the free distribution to 900 students of the University of Shri Singha of Patrul Rinpoche Kabum (collection of complete works ). Patrul Rinpoche was a great 19th century Buddhist teacher and practitioner and an emblematic figure of the non-sectarian Rime movement.
