The Primary School Teachers’ Accommodation

Since March 2004, a second teacher has been employed by the Dzogchen School. Urgyen Töndroup, who studied linguistics at Dartsedo University, teaches the most advanced students and in the future will also teach Chinese. Our teacher, Urgyen Tso is in charge of the youngest students and is teaching them the fundamentals, Tibetan and maths.

It has become essential to build accommodation for the teachers. The planned site is adjacent to the school building, since for the boarders it is indispensable to have the teachers present even out of class hours.
